Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing and as part of the Sales team, the Inside Sales Representative will work closely with the Sales Managers to sell ECNG Energy Services to targeted perspective customers. Responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to the following: Successfully complete and schedule a targeted number of daily/weekly phone calls and qualified appointments for Sales Managers; Completion of the qualification process for prospective customers; Data entry of activity into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; Attend weekly meetings with Sales Managers. Qualifications: Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business and/or Marketing; Successful completion of accredited Sales Training programs; 2-3 years experience and proven success in phone-based sales, handling objections and probing; Experience using a CRM system would be considered an asset; Exceptional communication skills; Solid understanding of the sales cycle; Ability to establish and build relationships quickly; Enjoy working in a high-volume, cold-calling environment.
