We currently have a great opportunity available for an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative will assist the company to optimize sales in the lower market tier in the US Vitro Diagnostic testing market. This will be accomplished by working with Sysmex Direct Primary Care and Direct Field Sales Groups to touch all opportunities within this market.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Cover assigned territories to achieve or exceed assigned quota in support of the Distributor Primary Care and Direct Sales groups' sales goals. * Review, analyze and create key contact information within territories assigned through marketing generated leads. * Create call lists from CRM based on territory profile assessments (TPA); distribute qualified opportunities to distributor rep, direct rep or move through sales milestones in accordance with appropriate TPA. * Support retention policy efforts of HSAMs through scheduled integrated interaction program. * Utilize CRM to support sales activities by marketing designed campaigns and projects. * Report on full area of responsibility through CRM leads qualified, sale milestones progress and sales achieved on monthly basis. * Other duties as assigned.
Qualified Candidate Criteria:
* Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience * Minimum of 1-2 years sales experience * Experience with CRM system, MS Office * Professional, clear communicator allowing confirmation of potential customer needs and present viable solutions * Language skills: English, Spanish a plus * Ability to interact effectively with various members of a wide range of department within the company * Ability to work well with others in a professional manner
