Institutional Business Development Associate - 103707
Boutique Fixed Income Money Management firm is looking to hire a Business Development Associate to support their Institutional Sales Team! This is a highly visible and interactive role within the firm, and requires a highly motivated, entrepreneurial professional who has a hands on, consultative, no-pressure approach to the sales process and enjoys working in a collaborative, team based environment.
The Institutional Business Development Associate will develop and manage strategies to build new relationships and business opportunities, oversee the management and servicing of existing business, and help grow the firm’s assets under management. The Institutional Business Development Associate will also build and maintain a broad range of contacts, and develop a thorough understanding of the firm’s products, processes and strategies to effectively communicate with clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field. Master’s degree and/or CFA strongly preferred.
2-6 years of progressive institutional sales and client service experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of and demonstrated experience selling and/or marketing Fixed Income funds.
Exceptional business development, leadership, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
