Internet/Online Marketing Analyst: PPC/SEM/Affliate
OVERVIEW: This position is responsible for assisting the Online Marketing Manager in day-today activities for online new customer acquisition efforts including affiliate marketing, paid and natural search, product feeds and other online relationships.
SPECIFIC DUTIES
PPC : Manage Pay per Click campaigns, developing keyword bidding strategies, optimize sales and new customer acquisition efforts while maintaining an acceptable ROI on Google, Yahoo, MSN and many Second Tier Networks.
Affiliate Management : Develop and execute strategies for the recruitment of new affiliate partners and the ongoing management of existing relationships.
Product Feed Management : Develop new product feed opportunities as well as maintain and enhance current efforts with all shopping comparison engines.
Reporting : Maintain a suite of reports that monitor all marketing and search effectiveness.
P&L : Create and manage online advertising budgets.
Research and Innovation : Research new online customer acquisition opportunities, evaluate effectiveness and costs and test.
Analytics : Study online analytics, recognize opportunities and weaknesses and act on those findings.
Requirements:
1+ years of Affiliate, Product Feed, SEO and PPC management experience.
1+ years of experience with website analytics packages : Coremetrics, Omniture, etc.
Strong working knowledge of Excel and Access Databases.
Disciplined, detail oriented, good understanding of P&L.
Exceptional communication skills. (written and verbal)
Innovative and creative.
Team oriented.
Social Marketing (Web 2.0) experience a plus.
Sales Experience and Training a plus.
Bachelors degree in marketing, communications or related field or equivalent experience.
