Leadership role and coordinator of IT Business Analyst activities for DISH Network Call Centers ensuring issues from each site are reported and worked in a timely manner
IT Business Analyst support of a local call center
Liaison between IT and Business customers to analyze, communicate, and validate changes to business processes, policies, and information systems
Ability to apply principles of logic and analytical thinking to a wide range of IT issues and ensure business needs are addressed
Business/Call Center facilitator for trending and escalating of issues with accurate assessment of business impact
Sets group goals and determines performance against these goals ? drive accountability for core Business Analyst duties
Directs the creation of reports necessary to determining the performance of the Field IT Business Analyst team
Strong relationship with Local Call Center IT Managers and Corporate support teams
Ability to coordinate and lead meetings with various Call Center IT Staff
Travel is required to other DISH Network locations

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training; and four plus years of experience, one plus years of personnel management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Prefer 3 years or more in IT Management or similar capacity.
