Duties
Responsible for new business development and maintaining existing accounts Selling professional IT Consulting Staff Augmentation (Technical Staffing, IT Staffing Services, etc.) Prospecting, qualifying, selling, closing, relationship and account management Outbound sales through a variety of mediums Using industry contacts to network and build rewarding professional relationships Knowledge of online social media, job boards, and other internet tools

Bachelors Degree (preferably within IT field) 3 years experience selling IT Consulting and/or Staff Augmentation services Strong written and verbal skills Proven track record of developing long lasting customer relationships
Compensation and Benefits
Highly competitive salary (based on experience) and a lucrative commission plan including quarterly and annual bonuses. Full health benefits, 401(k) plan. Individuals are not capped, top performers have the potential to make 200k +.
