Jeep Sales & Marketing Operations Manager
The Jeep Sales and Marketing Operations Manager serves as the Jeep Brand Liaison to provide regular interface between the Jeep Brand Team and marketing leads in order to drive sales goals and objectives. This individual will provide a regular consolidation of brand and nameplate data detailing specific tactics in order to ensure the brand leads and sales operations stakeholders are apprised of all marketing platforms in support of brand strategy and direction. Data is routinely analyzed in order to provide feedback/status. This individual will manage creative /production assets to make available to business centers and dealers, as needed (Tier I and Tier II). They will also be responsible for Budget Management. Cash Committee and Competitive/Opportunistic Marketing initiatives are also core to this position. This individual engages the experiential marketing team as the Brand lead to ensure the maximum effectiveness is attained with these marketing platforms.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Finance • 5+ years of consumer marketing, brand management experience, or sales field operations experience • Strong analytical skills including extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPointExcellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills • Organizational and project management skills • Works well in a team environment with limited supervision • Must be a self-starter and results driven • Must be organized, customer oriented, and have excellent people behavioral skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge and experience with the following reporting systems: Business objects, CIGNON, SIR, MDP, IDR and ESS base • MBA Preferred
