Our knowledge of best practices frees organizations to focus on their core business and provides solutions that help them grow and adapt.   The Business Consultant Increases sales performance for the Multinational and GlobalView sales organization  by identifying, developing and presenting business solutions through sales presentations and securing the recommendation of the user community.  Ensures client expectations are in line with ADP’s deliverable solutions.  Provides support to the NAS sales organization through expertise of ADP payroll and human resources products and services. Typical travel requirement: 40%-6%.
 
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES 1.      Partners with assigned regional/territory sales force to meet assigned quota.2.      Develops relationships with prospects by building rapport with the user community and key stakeholders.
- Ability to establish trust and credibility with prospects/clients.3.      Performs needs analysis with prospective client practitioners and key management in the areas of payroll, time and labor management, human resources, benefits administration, information technology and related financial systems.4.      Develops ADP strategic solution through:
- Reviewing needs analysis details to determine solution fit and/or necessary customizations
- Conducting research internally and/or externally
- Assist in coordinating the required internal ADP resources as needed5.      Tailors the advantage of the ADP solution to the specific needs of the prospective client user community to obtain their recommendation for ADP.6.      Conducts product demonstration, specifically addressing prospects’ requirements and ADP’s capabilities of meeting those requirements.7.      Participates in responding to prospects Request for Proposal (RFP) / Request for Information (RFI).8.      Prepares the solution design document for Implementation for time and cost estimate for the Sales Proposal.   Participates in transition to Implementation to ensure the successful start of new business.9.      Assist ADP Product Marketing in communicating information to sales teams regarding new releases and product enhancements.10.  Works with Operations on development and enhancements to product and service definition.11.  Represents ADP at local and national trade shows and product seminars.


Qualifications Required
(Experience, Skills, Academic):
 BS degree or equivalent in education and experience.  PHR required.  CPP preferred.  CEBS certification preferred (Benefits BC’s only).Bilingual imum of 10 years of related professional experience (i.e. Human Resources, Payroll and/or Benefits practitioner, system implementation, sales representative, IT representative, business consultant, application support/client service representative), must include a minimum of 2 years experience as a NAS Business Consultant ert knowledge of AutoPay, PC Payroll, PayForce and Enterprise suite. 
In-depth knowledge of HWSE, FSA and COBRA and solid knowledge of ancillary Benefit Solutions.  High level knowledge of Enterprise E-Time, and Time Saver.  Working knowledge of PES Solutions.  Knowledge of GlobalView solution a plus. Ability to own analysis in payroll/hr and facilitate HWSE, FSA and COBRA and TLM.   The BC should be able to effectively probe and identify opportunities from Recruitment to Retirement. At a high level, understand and articulate what a multi-service implementation would look like. Ability to work independently on global deals.
