The License and Compliance Manager is responsible for the adherence to National, State, and Local regulations as it pertains to our technical field work force.
Create and maintain process for tracking license and permit requirements by municipality and type of work
Research all requirements and monitor legislative changes that could impact future requirements
Provide instruction for field teams to ensure compliance with regulations
Maintain database of license holders, plan for back-up license holders, and track renewals
Ensures direction and support to assure effectiveness and efficiency of program.
Implements monitoring systems for evaluation purposes.
Engages in the typical responsibilities of a manager requiring planning, evaluating, organizing, integrating, and controlling.
Update SOX process documentation quarterly as required, complete quarterly SPOQ questionnaires as required and perform/monitor required SOX controls as described in Tutor documentation.

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or at least four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
