Manager BN&SS Marketing & Sales Strategic Capture Lead M

Manages sales and marketing campaigns across BN&SS ID-IQ and supports critical capture campaigns across the entire portfolio. Directs, leads, and or supports designated high priority captures within BN&SS. Responsible for creating and maintaining the ID-IQ integrated pipeline. Also identifying and responding to umbrella ID-IQ's where capabilities across BN&SS are required. Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives. Creates a robust task order response process across BN&SS divisions. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Close functional alignment and collaboration required with finance, supplier management, and other functional stakeholders in the process to improve speed of ID-IQ response (e.g. functional alignment, rates, and pricing improvements). Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Maintains historical archive of previous proposals. Manages, develops and motivates employees.
