Manager, Client Services
Mosaic, one of North Americas' largest and most successful field marketing companies and licensed talent agencies, is currently seeking an outstanding individual for the position of Manager, Client Services. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Client Services, this individual will be responsible for developing and supporting a positive relationship between the internal Mosaic team and the external client teams. The result will be driving sales for our client, a leader in the prepaid card industry, at retail and growing their business relationship with Mosaic.
The Client Services Manager will be responsible for quickly establishing themselves and the in-house Brand team as the "trusted experts" and main conduit between Mosaic, our client, and their assigned retailer partners.
Consistent and productive two way communication with the internal Mosaic account team is fundamentally important to the success of this role. Ensuring client deliverable timelines are met by working with and through the Mosaic team is critical.
This position will work "on-site at our client's office in Pleasanton, CA (San Francisco area)" and will require flexibility to travel up to 25% to visit the client/Mosaic headquarters, meet with retailers, and conduct field visits.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with all key client internal departments and contacts through the executive level
- Provide extensive, insightful analysis of sales and store-level conditions and provide recommendations as to the clients business and product performance for assigned national and/or regional retailers
- Drive revenue growth by securing new business within existing client relationship - focus on increasing sales and growing margin by maximizing all revenue opportunities
- Coordinate all new initiatives, integrate themselves into the business, attend all relevant meetings and work on further developing the relationships with external client teams
- Drive the coordination and execution of all client-specific initiatives and client-specific reporting, etc.
- Communicate confidently and concisely with executive-level contacts within Mosaic, assigned clients and retail partners while providing recommendations based on solid research and analysis
- Collaborate with Mosaic account leadership team to provide actionable strategy recommendations to drive sales in the most efficient and cost effective manner
- Assume accountability and provide solutions for all client service issues.
- Respond to and resolve issues in a timely way, balancing customer satisfaction, quality and relevance
- Manage the communication of client expectations throughout entire Account Team
- Identify and analyze industry trends and client specific insights
