KEY PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
Actively sell, service, and renew accounts for specified market account base. Sales will have a 70/30 breakdown between expanding and up-selling existing accounts and new business development.
Provide direction and support, including goal setting with Sales Executives
Responsible for hiring and training market personnel.
Conduct annual evaluations and performance reviews of staff.
Responsible for the development of and adherence to market budgets, revenue goals, customer count goals and other market goals as assigned and the reporting of such to Regional Management.
Conduct sales analysis on a weekly basis to monitor trends and opportunities for growth.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
3-5 years outside sales/sales management with a tangible product and experience with Internet products, preferably digital media.
2+ years experience with a proven track record for hiring/firing, managing and training exempt personnel
Must have prior experience selling in assigned market and be well versed with the territory
Experience selling within short sales cycles and product upgrades
Proven ability to initiate strategies for revenue growth.
Experience utilizing CRM software, preferably
Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
