We are seeking a marketing director with 5+ years experience driving marketing strategy in the area of lead generation. You will build and oversee the marketing efforts for the (newly created) marketing department and will be responsible for the management and development of the marketing strategy. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, training, and managing all marketing functions to achieve the company objectives of rapid new client growth, exceptional retention rates. Must have experience driving marketing campaigns and in a shared services environment preferably in the insurance or financial industries.
Responsibilities:
Work with COO & VPs of Sales to develop a marketing plan in support of company strategy and objectives with tactics and resources necessary to achieve company goals including driving sales/lead generation.
Demonstrated development and deployment of marketing programs and experience analyzing Return on Investment (ROI) of all Marketing programs
Technical skills in strategic planning and marketing, business and market development, market research and planning and promotions/advertising
Support and maintain a professional relationship with Marketing Department agency partners/vendors
Ability to manage multiple brands under the shared services model
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills
Takes initiative and has an entrepreneurial spirit
Ability to recognize problems and problem solve
Ability to set goals and convert plans into action
Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time

Proven ability to infiltrate specific demographic groups with successful marketing techniques
Manage, coordinate and execute all marketing strategies and implement detailed marketing plans that achieve desired company growth and client identification objectives
Create and manage all lead generation, online marketing, social media, and creative services programs
Develop effective lead generation programs using best practices to substantially and consistently increase both the quality and quantity of inbound leads necessary to support the companys growth objectives each quarter
Increase and manage multiple brand awareness among key market segments using tailored messaging, collateral, and event marketing techniques
Manage a marketing budget, and prepare monthly reporting and analysis of each program
Forecast, monitor, and report the ROI of all marketing activities on a monthly and quarterly basis
Required:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field, Masters degree preferred
Five to seven years marketing experience with a fortune 500 company
MUST have expereince in the insurance, funeral or financial industry
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook and the Adobe Creative Suite.
Relevant multiple successful engagements as Marketing executive with rapid growth companies
Multiple years experience developing lead generation programs that produce thousands of qualified leads per quarter
Proven success and skill rolling out integrated marketing programs across large and diverse direct sales teams and partner channels
Experienced management of teams and outside resources
Strong leadership skills and exceptional organizational skills, strong multi-tasking and prioritization abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
