This position provides continuous support to the Latino retention general marketing manager in the execution of continuous marketing initiatives targeting existing and new DishLATINO subscribers dedicated to increase the tenure per subscriber and to drive customer loyalty. This position will also be responsible for the evaluation of some of the Latino business analytics. Individual will work with cross functional teams to ensure accurate analysis and successful implementation of all the marketing activities under his/her area of responsibility. Other responsibilities include the maintenance of online/mobile communications to customers and competitive research.
·Supports the execution of marketing campaigns dedicated to improve the DishLATINO customer experience, the average tenure per subscriber and to drive upgrades by implementing co-sponsored campaigns with programmers
·Supports the analysis of churn rates and trends including: churn per package, by promotion, by lifecycle, and by market.
·In charge of the maintenance of the DishLATINO online. Also responsible forrunning online and mobile campaigns targeting subscribers
·Runs campaigns analytics to determine the efficiency of each campaign and provides feedback for future campaigns execution
·Keeps track of competitive programs/offers/services dedicated to their exiting customers and provides insight and recommendations
·Work on multiple projects to completion while simultaneously fielding ad hoc requests and other duties as required.
·Works closely with DishLATINO operations to implement customer service agent incentives and to facilitate trainings.
Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or related field is required. Fully bilingual in Spanish and English. 1-3 years of marketing experience in the field or in a related area.
