MECHANICAL SERVICE & SALES MANAGER
As the Manager of our Toronto Branch Mechanical Department, you will be a key contributor driving sales to identify, evaluate and provide quotations to prospective clients. Specifically this will involve:
Duties Promoting and securing new sales opportunities by way of cold calling and networking, while maintaining existing client relationships Building partnering relationships with customers, and addressing operational and environmental objectives and requirements Preparing mechanical HVAC estimates, quotations and proposals Staying abreast of industry advances, market conditions and competitor activities Coordinating the Mechanical department's activities, including preventative maintenance and repair scheduling
Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years' experience Proven track record of successful sales experience A strong understanding of account specific sales strategies and objectives Ability to manage time to keep schedules and deadlines Superior organizational skills Technical aptitude and proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) Demonstrated leadership skills Outstanding customer service Communication and negotiating skills Understanding of HVAC and energy management systems.
