Summit Search Group is a National Search Firm specializing in the recruitment and placement of Accounting & Financing, Sales, IT and Sales Management professionals. This medical company is a national leader in their field and they are currently hiring a Medical Sales Representative for Saskatchewan (based in Regina ideally) to promote their products and services to the medical community including GP's and Specialists, private clinics and hospitals and long-term care facilities and various other referral sources. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Identify new business opportunities by researching the marketplace. - Call on physicians, institutions and community agencies to explore and identify their needs. - Gain referral business by visiting and cultivating relationships with key referral sources. - Facilitate and negotiate contractual relationships. - Present Business Plans and Financial Forecasts on new business opportunities. - Liaise and support other members of the sales team in contract negotiations and contract management. - Maintain competitive edge by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors. - Regularly communicates information on industry & clinical information to co-workers. Relevant candidates can possess either work experience as a RN or RT that want to enter into the field of medical sales OR if you have healthcare related sales experience (pharma or medical) then this position could be for you.
