National Account Executive

Regionally based National Account Executive position with a software market segment leader who has averaged 35% annual growth for the past 6 years. 

 

  • Company has reported multiple years of 200% + growth.        

 

The company was founded in 2000, and has been recognized as one of the Fastest Growing Technology Companies and is the largest software provider in their space! They have been featured by The Wall Street Journal,  USA Today, and by NBC Nightly News just to name a few.  They are profitable and debt free with tens of millions in the bank to leverage as they continue their growth.  From 2009 to 2010, the company expanded its Enterprise Sales Force from 4  reps to 18 . This year, they will hire an additional 26 National Account Reps.

 

  • In 2010, they achieved over 200% growth and are expecting 250% growth this year alone in this division. There is less than 2% market penetration in the Enterprise segment.

 

Base range (commensurate with experience) plus an additional $100K in incentive comp @ plan with the ability to overachieve + accelerators. Uncapped, full benefits, Presidents Club trips, etc.


Requirements

 

  • 5 – 7 years of sales experience selling software, payroll, or HR services to clients with 1,000+ employees
  • Must be able to provide W2 information for last 3 years – earnings history in excess of $120K+
  • Ability to travel 20-30%
  • Must have managed a quota of over $1 Million Annually with Success
  • No job hoppers-- employment stability is a must!

 

Company will NOT look at real estate, banking, mortgage or finance backgrounds.

 

Preferred backgrounds: Ceridian, ADP, Kronos, Mercer, AON Hewitt, and enterprise software sales (SAAS model)
