Description
Jackson Surgical Assistants (JSA) is pleased to announce the continued expansion of our business with the opening of a Sales Director position. The Sales Director will be responsible for growing our surgical assisting practice management (outsourced) business. Target clients include hospitals, surgery centers and physician practice groups. The successful candidate will be high energy, relationship-oriented, creative, process-oriented and have an analytical competency as it relates to developing the pricing model for each custom practice.

Responsibilities
Jackson Surgical Assistants takes responsibility for the whole of the surgical assisting function: transition of existing workforce from current employer (e.g., hospital, surgeon, independents), management of the team, development and implementation of incentives, scheduling, reimbursement for the service, training, quality and safety.
Selling into an OR and the hospital c-suite is a plus.
A day in the life of the Sales Director includes:
Cold calling/Lead generation
Conference call and/or exploratory meetings to qualify accounts in/out
Development of strategies for developing a custom practice and closing the business.
Collecting data alongside the client; Conducting the analysis and confirming pricing
Developing the pitch and presenting the solution and price
Negotiating and executing the contract
Requirements
JSA takes responsibility for the whole of the surgical assisting function: transition of existing workforce from current employer (e.g., hospital, surgeon, independents), management of the team, development and implementation of incentives, scheduling, reimbursement for the service, training, quality and safety.
There are no initial "territory" limitations. National travel is required.
Education: Surgical assisting certification or Bachelor's degree.
Must have 3 - 5 years in sales of business to business & medical/healthcare sales experience.
Experience in the following areas of day to day sales cal activities:
Cold calling/Lead generation
Conference call and/or exploratory meetings to qualify accounts in/out
Development of strategies for developing a custom practice and closing the business.
Collecting data alongside the client; Conducting the analysis and confirming pricing
Developing the pitch and presenting the solution and price
