For more information, please visit us at Job Title: National Sales Manager Location: British Columbia Job Duties: Maximize sales and net profit dollars with all accounts Set annual gross sales objectives for territories and brokers with direction from Director of Sales. Ensure National Merchandising and Marketing Objectives are maximized and executed. Allocate annual Canadian Sales Dept. expense budgets and manage the business within these budgets Provide overall direction, training and leadership to the sales team. Provide input on marketing and advertising initiatives. Establish monthly and annual sales budgets Assess all sales targets to ensure they are being met and provide suggestions and feedback Responsible for hiring and training of sales staff Initiate and lead sales calls and sales meetings Ensure execution of Sales strategies and Marketing plans Skill Requirements A Bachelors Degree in Business or related field; Masters Degree would be an asset A minimum of 5 - 7 years of national sales experience with CPG, Marketing and / or Retail experience desired A minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing a team of sales representatives is a MUST Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills Compensation : To be discussed with potential applicants; includes great base salary + FANTASTIC bonus structure + full benefits + additional Send Resume To :
