The position of National Sales Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to the following specific duties:

1. To head up 3M Consumer business sales operations and have overall sales and market P&L responsibility for the said business.( includes all COB and CFM inbound business selling into retail channels ).2. To lead and coaching GKA, General Trade , and Area Sales Leaders to develop and manage retail channels for business growth objectives.3. To work closely with marketing team to implement marketing programs and promotion campaign.4. To coaching with sales team in developing the partnership with GKA /LKA , establish good relationship with top management of key accounts.5. To establish a strong sales ,store operation and promoters team to ensure flawless execution of marketing programs.6. To take the strategic direction given by division and local management , convert and implement it for local market.7. To conduct training and coaching to sales team to increase the core competence and sales professionalism.8. To work with marketing and supporting team to make 3M easier to do business with thru internal process improvement.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree ,experiences in multinational companies is preferred but not necessary.2. At least 12 years sales experiences in FMCG business with at least 5 years in supervision of national or territory sales team.3. At least 5 years experiences in China domestic FMCG business with proven track record.4. At least 6 years sales management experiences in GKA business.5. Mandarin as native language.6. Fluent in English , aggressive , passionate with superior communication skills.7. Great team spirit , good personality and people skills.8. Great leadership skills , and strong commitment to the job.
