Title: National Sales Representative (Ouside Sales)

Description: 1. Account Management responsibilities include initial contact, building rapport, collection of requirements, verification and validation of requirements, resume review, resume submittal, client follow up, feedback, and placement
2. Evaluates changes in the marketplace, service offerings, buying processes, and competitors for purposes of defining and adjusting the assigned account base, sales strategies, and specific call objectives. Planning includes monthly analysis and comparison of results achieved versus quotas.
3. Conducts initial sales call(s) to gather information to qualify need, interest, and sales potential, identify sales contacts, define the buying process, sell the benefits of doing business with our firm, and begin a personal sales relationship.
4. Provides verbal and/or written quotes, including follow-up sales calls on all quotes.
5. Coordinates sales activities as needed with sales manager, recruiter or customer service personnel on price negotiation, systems or support needs, customer problems resolution, policies and procedures and inter-company coordination.
6. Periodically surveys current customer base for qualitative feedback on ABBTECH and consultant (field staff) performance. Communicate positive feedback to ABBTECH and consultant and troubleshoot issues.
7. Gathers, records, and maintains account information, data, call notes, follow-up calling, and mailing schedules.
8. Reads trade magazines and sales publications to stay informed about industry trends, sales skills and selling techniques.
9. Attend network meetings to make new sales contacts.
10. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of specific account(s).
11. Maintain minimal sales revenue per week.
Education: College degree or equivalent experience
