• Chief Clinical Officer jobs in Texas HCX1406LW now open at two Long Term Acute Care facilities in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
• Our client is seeking a Chief Clinical Officer that can create a dynamic nursing environment, that fosters clinical and professional growth, actively participate with the hospital leadership team, with responsibility and oversight for patient care.
• You will define and maintain hospital standards in nursing care and practice in accordance with all regulatory requirements and JCAHO standards.
• Responsibilities: Establish staffing requirements for recruitment, selection and placement of personnel; verify nurses credentials and ensure data on qualifications, experience, accomplishments and competency of nurses is maintained
• Ensures inservice training and education to all department personnel
• There are two positions open in the Dallas/Fort Worth area at LTAC facilities owned by the same company.
• Candidates should have some LTAC experience.
• Prior experience in Nurse Management , Nurse Manager positions, Director of Nursing jobs, Chief Nursing Officer job and LTAC job is a plus.
