NW Territory Sales Manager
We're looking for a Seattle based industrial outside sales person to call on distributors and end users (for pull through sales) for an industrial PPE products manufacturer.

Candidates will be strongly considered if they have recent experience selling to the PPE, MRO, STAFDA, Industrial, Oil and Gas, Construction and/or electrical markets.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Distributor Management (please tell us a few top distributors you have worked with)
- End User Management and specification sales. (please tell us a few end users to whom you had success specifying product)
- Product demonstrations at the distributor and end user level. This is a hands on position.
- Strategic thinking.
- GAP analysis.
- Public speaking. Ability to present to groups.
- Computer literate and above average MS Office skills
- At least 4 years of current experience in industrial outside sales.
- Ability to travel overnight on business. (expected overnight 50%)
- Proven success managing a territory without daily supervision.
- Be in the top 10% of your sales peers.
- 4 year degree preferred or exceptional experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop sales in the target areas.
- Continuous GAP analysis.
- Identify new business opportunities, develop distribution and end users.
- Demonstrate products and conduct training sessions with distributors and end users.
- Ensure distribution is fully trained and stock levels maintained.
- Manage the AK, WA, OR and ID panhandle territory.
- Reach goals, meet budgets.
