This is an ideal position for anyone who has experience selling direct business to business in the industrial, financial, mortgage, advertising, commercial, commercial real estate, municipal and government sectors. This includes commercial real estate agents, equipment and product sales pros, business services pros, etc. Experience in outside sales required. We are seeking motivated sales professionals who have the desire and drive to achieve a high annual income. We provide the support necessary to help you achieve success quickly. Compensation & Benefits Base plus sales commission Earn $65,000 to $200,000 + for sales consultants
Skills, Education and Experience: Aggressive, seeks financial rewards Minimum one year outside business-to-business sales experience preferred. Prior experience selling commercial lighting to industrial, commercial, medical and governmental accounts a plus but not required. Ability to engage business owners, managers and plant engineers responsible for cost savings. Ability to build a pipeline by initially contacting 15 new prospects a day. Experience with a consultative sales approach. Previous experience with cold calling and customer prospecting. Must be self-motivated with strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit. Strong interpersonal, oral, listening, and written communication skills. Excellent organizational, planning, and presentation skills required. Strong track record in generating sales Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Contact business owners or person responsible for the energy cost of the business. Obtain the current electrical bill. Audit facility. Present the proposal and benefits to the client and gain acceptance to move forward. Handle additional finance documents and paperwork to install project.
