We are looking for a driven person who can handle multiple real estate projects.The desired person will show the ability handle the following responsibilities:
Locate, negotiate, transact, and manage a geographical portion of the Dish Network Service real estate portfolio
Coordinate with field and corporate management, finance, and legal on the identification and approval processes
Present reports and findings regarding financial feasibility and location analysis
Negotiate leases and land acquisitions as well as tenant finish and development arrangements
Responsible for approximately 75 markets
Management of properties including landlord and tenant discrepancies, exits, and renewals
Overnight travel periodically necessary (15-25%)
A 4-year bachelor’s degree is preferred.Extensive commercial real estate experience may be substitutable.
