As a member of the Inside Sales leadership team, the Performance Team Manager is responsible for overseeing a group of Performance Team Leads who are responsible for managing the Direct Sales enterprise’s day-to day performance through analyzing various metrics to identify performance gaps, and collaborating with site Operations to implement methods and ideas to meet or surpass departmental goals. 

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversees the process of needs analysis with regard to current procedures in order to make recommendations to promote effective operations.
  • Confers with Operational partners to establish organizational priorities for operational improvements.
  • Develops and implements strategic Sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
  • Understands Sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
  • Ensures the execution of company standards as they relate to the Sales department.
  • Develops and maintains various key performance indicator reports.
  • Facilitates team meetings with site management to drive Sales performance on established and new metrics.
  • Maintains and applies knowledge of practices and procedures as a Subject Matter Expert.
  • Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
  • Benchmarks and identifies best practices from other organizations in order to speed process change.
  • Responsible for the training and development of Performance Team Leads.
  • Other special projects as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university and at least 6 years of relevant experience in a telesales environment.
