The Product Marketing Lead will report to the Product Marketing Manager and will be responsible for the management of cross-functional product development and marketing efforts.
Drive product definition, development, and execution of key initiatives
Work closely with management to develop and maintain product roadmaps ensuring alignment with business goals and strategies
Lead development from concept definition through end customer experience
Effectively work with and influence cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to deliver on-time launch of products and features
Partner with other DISH functions including acquisition, retention, programming, support, and sales to provide product information, and align on marketing communications
Track and analyze product performance metrics and use data to drive optimization
Collaborate with external technology partners to develop and enhance existing products
Maintain awareness and analysis of competitive and current industry environment to ensure product leadership
On a continual and pro-active basis, monitor key consumer and market trends to identify new opportunity areas to deliver product solutions
Evaluate new product opportunities through market assessment and business case development
Analyze and derive insights from a variety of business, consumer, and market sources to make effective and strategic decisions
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university. Master’s degree/MBA is beneficial.
3-5 years of related experience
Experience in online or mobile product development preferred
