Assist customers in making the most informed buying decisions, consistent with Sears Mission, Vision and Values. Provide training and education to fellow associates on new products and changes to products in support of maximizing sales and profitability of the specific business. This position is primarily responsible for providing in-depth and complete product knowledge to customers regarding Levis in order to assist customers in making the most informed buying decision. This includes: . Researching and sharing information pertaining to line(s) or responsibility with fellow associates on new products, updates, etc., . Supporting the process of maintaining adequate in stock inventory by informing peers of current or upcoming inventory issues; . Keeping up to date on product knowledge to ensure that fellow associates and customers have the most current information; and . Promoting add-on accessory sales and other Sears products/services to fully address customers needs. Success in this role calls for professional and effective customer service skills. The ideal job candidate will also have good verbal communication skills and experience in a Sales / Customer Service role.
