DISH Network is looking for a candidate with project management skills assist in delivering Sales efforts. Areas requiring program management are Customer Facing Applications, BackOffice Applications, Sales Initiatives, New Product and programming, and Infrastructure efforts. Projects can be of various degrees of complexity including large Program management. Assignments will depend on level of experience and complexity of the project.
· Build relationship Enterprise Wide
· Manage resources assigned to projects in regards to project efforts.
· Provide project management leadership for delivering Sales solutions from inception through deployment.
· Has project authority to suggest what needs to be done, by whom and when, to ensure the success of the project.
· Support a consistent and repeatable practice of project management.
· Solicit and facilitate collaboration among other groups to deliver solutions to the business on projects.
· Provide inputs and recommendations on solutions.
· Communicate, negotiate, and manage the scope of the assigned project to ensure that expectations are set concerning the project’s deliverables, timeline, and costs.
· Communicate project progress.
· Set clear roles and responsibilities on each project and to ensure each project adheres to the processes required.
· Responsible for validating that the appropriate artifacts are created, stored, and searchable.
· Create project plans and project schedules.
· Responsible for auditing projects for adherence to the project methodology and associated project management standards.
· Vendor, team, and client management
BA/BS required. Masters/MBA is desired. Project Management Certification a Plus (CMMI, PMP, Six Sigma, ISO 9002, etc.)
