Inside Sales Representative

If you are a tenacious, self-motivated and persistent individual who is personable yet aggressive, and truly talented at phone-sales, then join our team of premium sales professionals. We are seeking a confident, determined and convincing Inside Sales Executive to join our elite outbound team. You will be selling multiple lighting products and services over the telephone – meeting and exceeding minimum monthly sales objectives as determined by your manager. As a successful Inside Sales Executive, you will maintain and consistently demonstrate your knowledge of our products, services and various current promotional offers.

Job Responsibilities


As an Inside Sales Executive, you will contact regular and prospective customers to explain product features and solicit orders. You will recommend products to customers based on their needs and interests – making sure to always provide optimal customer service.

 Additional responsibilities for the Inside Sales Executive include:

  • Estimating or quoting prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates
  • Arranging and directing delivery and installation of products and equipment
  • Monitoring market conditions, product innovation, and competitors’ products, prices and sales
  • Consulting with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and provide ongoing support


Requirements:

As an Inside Sales Executive, you must have excellent telephone manner with clear, concise and professional communication skills. You must also have strong relationship building skills and a high degree of responsiveness and integrity. Furthermore, you must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high call-volume environment.

 Additional requirements of the Inside Sales Executive include:

  • 6 months – 1 year of sales experience; Lighting Products, strongly preferred  
  • Basic keyboard and computer skills
  • Ability to generate additional sales
