Regional Account Manager, Bus Sales
Regional Account Manager will meet and exceed monthly sales quota objectives by growing and retaining accounts of mid-sized businesses within assigned geographic territory. Incumbent will proactively penetrate existing assigned accounts and increase corporate liable business by making recommendations for new lines, new products and or new business solutions. Must prioritize activities to maximize sales productivity and identify new areas for account growth. Develop positive business relationships with assigned accounts and serve as a point of contact for questions or problem.
POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proactively penetrate existing assigned accounts and increase corporate liable business by making recommendations for new lines, new products, and solve for customer solutions. Develop positive business relationships with assigned accounts and serve as a point of contact for questions or problems
Provide ongoing training for customers, handle equipment issues, perform rate plan analysis, and explain billing. Coordinate with Care to solve general customer service needs. Stay abreast of ongoing market trends and general developments with each customers industry.
Prioritize activities to maximize sales productivity and identify new areas for account growth. Work with the Premier Discount representatives to drive Individual Liable business within the targeted accounts.
Continuously update knowledge of wireless products, services, industry trends and the competitive dynamics of the marketplace. Participate in training opportunities on products and services and attend sales meetings.
Fully utilize all sales force automation to identify new business opportunities within accounts in assigned geographic territory. Generate reporting on sales activities, customized billing reports and rate plan analysis.
Discretion & Independent Judgment:
Ability to identify customer needs and recommend the appropriate T-Mobile products and services
Review accounts and determine opportunities to maximize sales productivity and then schedule events for individual liable account growth

Proficiency in windows-based software programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Must have a valid Drivers license and satisfactory driving record and proof of insurance
Experience:
2 Yrs. Outside sales experience with demonstrated history of sales achievements in a commissioned environment
1 Yr. Customer Portfolio Management
1 Yr. Experience in wireless telecommunications desired
Competencies:
Ability to absorb large amounts of technical knowledge
Strong organizational and time management skills with keen ability to address highly complex customer issues.
Proven track record of success in a commissioned environment
A knack for learning and analyzing various types of businesses.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED Required
Bachelors Degree-General Studies Preferred
Travel Requirements:
Approximate 60% of time traveling
Ability to work in field majority of the day calling on clients
Local day travel only
