About the Position
Job responsibilities will include establishing and implementing the sales and marketing plan to offer products and services to the following constituents:
• Lenders, national - origination
• Lenders, multi state - origination
• Lenders, state, local – origination
• Lenders, national – default servicing
• Lenders, multi state – default servicing
• Lenders, state, local – default servicing
• Realtors – national, state or local
• Private investors requiring multi state, whole state or national solutions
Our team is innovative and works in a highly automated workflow environment, allowing our employees to focus on exception management, customer service and sales and marketing. We are looking for an individual who has worked for organizations in the past to build their skills, but is now ready to take the leadership role in leading the team as we expand our efforts throughout the state. Other specific job responsibilities are:
• Monthly meetings with notaries in your geography to build relationships and train for specific regional client needs.
• Attend local or regional mortgage bankers association meetings, as well as regional realtor meetings, or as directed.
• Achieve predetermined sales goals for title and closing units in the region.

Requirements:
Position Qualifications- The ideal candidate will have the following:
Minimum 3- 5 years experience in mortgage lending, wholesale mortgage lending, originations or servicing, vendor management companies, or title agencies. Proven success with sales and marketing, account management, operational experience a plus. Budget and P&L experience preferred. Our process is highly automated so technology savvy preferred.
