Regional Sales Manager - Door to Door Sales

SUMMARY

Manages the sales activities, personnel, and customer satisfaction efforts for a region of Door to Door Sales.

 


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

  •  Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
  • Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
  • Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs.
  • Ensures the execution of company standards as they relate to the sales department.
  • Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program.
  • Advises dealers, distributors, and clients concerning sales and advertising techniques.
  • Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals
  • Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, pontential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
  • Travel up to 50%

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training; and four plus years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
