POSITION:Regional Sales Manager, ERICO
Panel Connections LOCATION: Seattle, WA REPORTS TO: Regional Sales Director, ERICO Panel Connections,
North America & Latin America
RESPONSIBILITIES: * Responsible for achieving sales and
profit goals, promotional activities and training of Mfg Reps &
Distributors. * Meet or
exceed sales and profit goals. * Promote the
value proposition of ERICO Panel Connections solutions. * Provide
training & support efforts of manufacturers' representatives,
distributors, fabricators and end users. Requirements
REQUIREMENTS ·BS in Electrical,
Electronic or Mechanical Engineering or Technology. ·5 years or more
experience ·Sound business acumen ·Electrical or Mechanical
Engineering background with significant experience with LowVoltage component manufacturers. ·Sales management
experience of Manufacturers' Representatives, utilizing both direct and
distribution sales channels. ·Practical application of
value based selling or target market selling practices, a method of selling
solutions not components. ·Competent user of MS
tools and programs, including Excel, Word, Powerpoint and customer relationship
management tools such as . ·Greater than 50% travel
to support above requirements.
