We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager with excellent demonstrated strategic sales, communication, presentation and organizational skills. The goal of this position is to uncover and drive sales opportunities, build multi-layered relationships within the prospects and current customers organization, and push the sales cycle with an unwavering focus on revenue and profits. You will work to identify new sales prospects, understand and assess customer requirements through in depth discovery, and address roadblocks and overcome obstacles throughout the sales process. We deploy a matrix sales environment in which our account managers will need to effectively marshal and deploy our resources throughout the sales process.
* A proven hunter. Can you find your own clients based on your drive and ingenuity?
*Work in a quota driven environment. Is your resume a list quantifiable achievements?
*Experience selling complex software applications. Have you sold large software deals on your own or with limited admin help? Have you demo'd software before?
*Sold into long cycles. Have you worked deals over several months?
*Experience in the transportation industry. Do you have experience selling to trucking companies, public and private fleet departments?
