Regional Sales Manager - Midwest
The Regional Sales Manager at Castlight Health will lead a local territory and have full responsibility for development of the territory, accounts and quota. You will carry quota and be responsible for sales all the way from initial lead through close, with the support of lead gen, ops, sales consultant and marketing resources.
We have exceptional demand and un-matched opportunity to build a successful pipeline working with a great team and culture. We are changing US healthcare and lighting a fire under the healthcare transparency market. We are not a place to come for folks who want to rest on their sales laurels.
If youre used to having lots of junior folks creating your collateral, running your contracting processes, assessing ROI, this is not the role for you. If you are highly motivated, ambitious, dynamic and want to sell the industrys top solution into very large accounts, and have the right skills mix (see below) then you should contact us. Extra bonus points for folks who can help us build the sales infrastructure in a solid, sustainable way.
Minimum Requirements 5+ years of enterprise sales experience with a blue-chip (ideally SaaS) company Proven track record driving new business in a web-based enterprise sales environment Health care, HR or Benefits experience and start-up experience strongly preferred Experience in selling new customer business as well as managing large, complex accounts Effective presentation skills and demonstrated experience developing relationships with high-level executives Demonstrated territory development and management Consistently exceeds quota of $1M+ of new business annually
