Regional Sales Manager - West - 2072

Our client is a leading medical manufacturer of equipment and systems that contribute to improved patient outcomes and cost efficiency within the healthcare arena.  State of the Art Equipment and services are supplied to hospitals and alternate care facilities.  

Due to a recent reorganization and promotions our client seeks a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to manage their Western Region.
   
If you are a Sales Management Executive with a knack at identifying and motivating sales talent, have a positive attitude and can think outside of the box, have the qualifications listed below and live close to a major airport,  you owe yourself a look at this opportunity!


Qualifications: 
*Bachelor's degree – MBA preferred.
*Strong capital equipment (5+ years) documented sales success – top 5% preferred – prior to management. 
**Ultrasound or imaging equipment experience is a plus. 
*Minimum 3 years of documented Medical Sales Management success leading a team of 7 or more direct sales reps.
*Strong, current Hospital and IDN relationships in the territory with a focus on imaging and the C-Suite. 
*Willingness to travel 60-80% of the time.
***Must project a professional image, have strong communication skills, and be of sound ethical character.

**Pharmaceutical sales management is not a match for this position.  Please include the type of capital equipment your team is selling.**
