Regional VP of Sales
Wisconsin based regional Cisco Gold Partner in need of very talented Director of Sales in Indianapolis.
This is an important leadership position vital to the overall corporate strategy and success. The focus of this position includes achieving aggressive sales goals along with coaching/developing the sales team.
Responsibilities: -Manage P&L to achieve business objectives -Plan Marketing activities -Develop career paths for employees -Demonstrate, coach, and lead by example -Strengthen vendor relationships -Build loyalty with clients -Prepare and review monthly reports -Strengthen the sales team.
Qualifications: -5 plus years selling complex IT solutions anything from Cisco advanced technologies to storage and virtualization. -BA or BS degree -Experience managing sales teams -strong communication skills.
