External *Daily interaction with retail grocery store personnel. *Daily reporting of KPI and pricing standards an absolute necessity.
Selling *Sell various display vehicles to impulse sales. *Present period promotional programs to store management. *Sell new items to achieve innovation targets. *Increase item distribution at store level.
Merchandising *Display building and participation in store sets. *Gain block schematic for approved store set. *Rotate store shelf set to maintain freshness level. *POS placement to support promotional events.
Administrative *Report monthly pricing information of territory. *Report monthly KPI standards for territory. *Report mileage log and related expenses. *Develop customer relations with store personnel
Requirements: High School Diploma, some college preferred.
*High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred. *Two years retail sales experience in CPG/food industry. *Bilingual preferred but not required (English with Spanish) *Personal vehicle and clean DMV driving record. *Computer skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. *Aggressive and dedicated with a strong work ethic. *Knowledge of industry and retail economics
