Responsibilities:
- Reports, analyzes, and interprets financial and sales information based on data collected from multiple databases and systems.
- Works with local retirement leadership across the country to gather financial information and sales pipeline
- Uses analytical and communication skills to help analyze financial results, integrate projections and sales results into financial forecasts, and prepare presentations for senior management
- Develops, implements, and updates financial and operational reporting to provide timely, accurate, and meaningful information to stakeholders.
- Maintains and prepares reports and analysis to ensure completeness and accuracy; brings inconsistencies to the attention of management.
- Serves as a reference and maintains information frequently requested by management
- Resolves most questions and problems, and refers only the most complex issues to higher levels.
- Manage projects involving data collection and analysis of results
- Frequent interaction members of the Retirement leadership team
- BS/BA Finance/Math or Business related required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Initiative and leadership skills
- Project management skills very helpful
- High proficiency in MS Excel with knowledge of Pivot tables and macros a plus
- Access, and PowerPoint
- Experience in PeopleSoft helpful
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Must possess ability to work independently, manage projects and competence in reading and interpreting general financial information
