Revo National Sales Manager (Sports Marketing/Retail)Ride along with and monitor rep account visits - sell in product, take orders, replenishment, sales performance, product knowledge, service, merchandising, training Develop monthly rep ride along schedule with reps Manage Key Accounts; Own top 20 Key accounts in each target region. Responsible for developing and delivering KAP's. Responsible for working with reps to drive day to day and maintain personal relationships with key account personnel. Communicate with reps on a weekly basis (at a minimum) Evaluate/develop account plans - marketing and sales tools, merchandising, product, shipping, rep, training needs , assortment, displays, events Work with Sales Reps to: ú Seek out new account opportunities - new accounts, improvement in current accounts (replenishment, shop in shop, assortment planning, merchandising, POP, windows, training) ú Identify training needs within each account and communicate needs to Channel Sales Director. Provide input to the US training team on training vehicles for in store training by channel. ú Determine and manage sampling and merchandising needs for the channel (product samples, POP, displays, fixtures) ú Develop criteria, financial impact and calendar for sales contests for the year by initiative and monitor and gather contest results Gather feedback from reps on; product, marketing, sales techniques, BDPs and provide to VP of Sales. Gather industry information on in store training, contests, product seeding, events, market shifts, BDPs and provide to VP of Sales Review and understand sales performance of the region and channel (sales by channel, KA, product mix, etc.). Work with analysts and other RCSM's to identify clear metrics and scorecards from which to identify issues and opportunities within individual accounts. Work with other Sales Reps to learn what is working/not working for the channel - go to market, product, competitive threats. Compare scorecards to assess performance across regions Execute and monitor overall strategies and performance of all accounts - account sophistication, vendor agreements, inventory levels, sell through data Provide input to the VP of Sales on the development and refinement of the forecast based on the conceptual line plan Communicate merchandising story and strategy to reps Work with US Marketing Team at FHR to schedule and plan events within the region Evaluate competitive landscape and provide information to VP of Sales & ISD Brand Manager Manage budgets Build relationships with accounts (buyers and associates) Attend account events Attend trade shows Review quarterly loop plan with rep prior to start of each qtr - actively drive rep execution with in the qtr Develops current assessment of channel/region and work closely with VP of Sales to create future goals Delivers distribution strategy for each region to VP of Sales Actively communicates clear expectation to sales reps - on sales, operations and schedule management
