Join us in the exciting, fast-paced world of on-demand software! Parature is looking for experienced, eager, and motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and superior phone abilities to join our sales associate team. As a Sales Associate working out of our Tysons Corner office, you will be a key player on the team responsible for making outbound calls and qualifying sales opportunities for our award-winning customer support and help desk software solutions. Your primary objective will be to call top executives within our target market in order to identify, qualify and cultivate new sales opportunities for our sales team and schedule 15 product demonstrations each month. Successful candidates have strong interpersonal and communication skills. They are strong business thinkers, well organized and passionate. Job Responsibilities: Make between 50 and 70 calls per day to qualify prospects for a demonstration of our product line by a Parature sales representative. These calls are a blend of cold calls and follow up calls to our marketing leads as well as calls to prospects from prior months. Execute call prospecting campaigns into target markets to identify, qualify and cultivate new sales opportunities. Develop marketing-generated leads into prospects by communicating Parature's value and tailoring it to their needs. Qualify sales leads generated by phone, internet marketing, online demonstrations, seminars, trade shows, association memberships, industry and target account lists. Participate in lead generation programs throughout the year including special events, seminars, and tradeshows. Required Skills/Experience: Bachelors degree 1-3 years of phone experience Excellent phone and email presence and superior interpersonal skills Superb verbal and written communication skills Results-driven individual, capable of leading prospects to the next step in the sales process Strong work ethic and positive, professional attitude Ability to work independently and in a team environment Demonstrated success in evaluating customer needs and consultative selling Experience with CRM systems to keep track of leads and calls About Parature Culture: At Parature, we've worked hard to build a company that allows you to achieve everything that's important to you.
