We have doubled every six months as we build a national services company and are seeking individuals who desire an opportunity to get in on the ground floor and solidify our position as the dominate service provider in Houston. This confident, dynamic CLOSER will possess an intimate knowledge of the product offering and can clearly articulate features, benefits and the value it delivers. Sales Consultant Responsibilities: Develop a strong network of lead generation partners including CPA's, Virtual CFOs, Payroll, PEOs, and financial institutions. Manage all aspects of the sales cycle: call leads and follow up; draft and present GrowthForce proposals and close sales. Create and maintain an ongoing, value-added relationship with client. Provide feedback to GrowthForce product development regarding market demands for new features and added functionality. This position requires minimal to no travel outside the Houston market. Corporate headquarters is located in Kingwood, TX. Qualifications: 3-5 years of selling experience in selling in any of the following area; accounting/financial software or service, outsourced services. Experience in selling to "C" level executives. Confident, self-motivated and proven track record of overachievement of quota. Existing contacts within the financial & CPA community a plus. Proficient in networking as well as various other prospecting techniques. Ability to thoroughly understand prospect's requirements and uncover related business issues that can be address by the GrowthForce offering. Accounting background, an intimate knowledge of our outsourced product offering, and can clearly articulate features, benefits and value Superior ability to demonstrate the capabilities of the GrowthForce product while relating them back to the prospects requirements. Strong closing skills. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business or Finance a strong plus. Strong PC Skills required.
