Job Description: We are looking for a Sales Coordinator for a local communication company who will assist both inside/outside sales people in the sales process. Candidate will be taking calls from prospective customers, qualifying those customers needs, and communicating this information to the salesperson. This position includes data entry, filing, and good communication skills. Customer service experience as well as experience in sales support would be a plus.
Service Coordinator - Service Coordinator needed to troubleshoot and repair electronic equipment. Job duties would include-
Provide a high level of technical customer service support.
Provide face-to-face frontline customer support and accessory sales.
Program, troubleshoot, and test equipment and accessories.
Analyze repairs and schematics to determine repair needs.
Exchange equipment and process all warranty claims.
Instruct customers on proper use of equipment.
Accurately document customer interactions in multiple platforms.
