Sales Director of Infrastructure Services

Sale of recycling services to municipalities, wastewater treatment plants, and industrial accounts. Three open territories : Pacific Northwest (can live in WA or OR) Texas, or Gulf Region territory (can live in LA, MS, AL).



  • Managing the assigned sales territory to develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities;

  • Utilize  stage-gated sales process, conduct strategic account planning and positioning;

  • Develop relationships with municipal and industrial leaders to position the company for bid, proposal, and no-bid opportunities;

  • Construct qualitative and quantitative customer value propositions;

  • Work with existing customers to cross-sell, upsell, renew/extend current contracts and implement annual prices increases;

  • Compile and report market information and trends;

  • Work cooperatively with other departments to develop realistic project budgets and time lines;

  • Write and submit customer proposals.


 


Education and Experience Required



  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field;

  • 7-14 years experience selling value-based services in the municipal or industrial water/wastewater treatment, environmental services, construction, energy or engineering industries.


 


Desirable Knowledge, Skills and Abilities



  • Work Safely;

  • Strong business and financial acumen with demonstrated analytical ability;

  • Dependable follow up;

  • Very Strong communication, organization, and time management skills;

  • Effective use of technology;

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of time in a multi-state territory.
