Position Responsibilities
If you are a top-notch sales executive and you have a history of selling premier products to Tier 1, 2 and 3 Property & Casualty insurers we want to know you. As a SunGard Sales Executive you will use your deep insurance industry knowledge to sell our highly rated software to Insurance Groups throughout North America.
This is an exciting opportunity to sell multi-functional software products that are effective, automated, management tools for a broad range of programs.
Your clear understanding of your customers' marketplace and their business drivers will be the key to penetrating target accounts. The Americas territory requires substantial travel throughout North America (US, Canada, Caribbean). You will have the choice to work from you home-based office or from our Burlington, Massachusetts or Miami, FL offices.
What you will do: • Manage sales activity and drive new business revenue into Insurance Groups in the North America territory. • Develop leads and relationships at the highest levels of prospects, • Organize and spearhead complex sales processes • Organize and drive sales support to successful close • Lead negotiations and contract preparation. • Utilize strong verbal and written communications skills with a keen ability to ask, listen and develop the right solutions and responses to gain trust and respect.
