Job Description: Group's Curriculum business unit is looking for a top-notch Sales Manager who wants to help us pursue the growth potential of our award winning product lines. As our Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for recruiting, developing and leading our direct-to-church phone sales team. You'll develop sales methodologies to maximize sales; work with our marketing team to develop effective, collaborative programs and promotions; and you'll work alongside other business unit leaders to assist in planning and guiding our team's growth. You must be a goal oriented, results driven leader who has a proven track record of achieving sales goals and the ability to motivate others to do the same. 5 to 7 years in sales / sales management, as well as a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience required. Bachelors degree in business/sales management or equivalent is preferred.
