We are expanding our Sales Office and are looking for a knowledgeable and energetic Sales Manager. Duties and Responsibilities: Primary responsibility is to sell sleeping room. Secondary sales include meeting room space, food and beverage. Conduct weekly telephone and internet research to quality sales and potential leads, as well as identifying potential for existing clients. Participate in weekly sales meetings and monthly revenue meetings Work with Director of Sales to create and maintain Quarterly Marketing Plan Follow quarterly Marketing Plan to exceed established goals Conduct hotel tours and entertain qualified potential clients in accordance with company and property policies Maintain close contact with current accounts through phone calls, tours, appointments, and correspondence Present a clean and professional image to project a positive image to potential guests and clients Maintain an active and visible position in the local community and industry Contribute and work as a team member at all times May be called on to host functions, participate in, or conduct Sales Blitzes Some travel and extended work hours may be necessary to achieve goals To apply: Either drop off resume or email resume to [click on "Apply Online" button] Answer the following questions as part of the resume submission: How will your leadership bring success to our team?
