Leadership & Management

  • Set the highest standards of integrity and ethical behavior through personal example.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to exceptional customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and financial responsibility.
  • Provide ongoing support and effort to staff and leadership development.
  • Proactively address and resolve employee relations matters while involving other departments as appropriate. 

Talent Management & Productivity

  • Collaborate with Human Resources and Resource Planning to ensure period production and productivity goals are met.
  • Participate in the recruiting, interviewing, and selection of Inside Sales employees.

Workforce Management

  • Partner with Marketing, Central Planning and local resource management teams to forecast, schedule, and manage call volume projections, contact efficiencies, and to achieve aggressive queue management service level goals.
  • Communicate sales performance objectives to team.

Customer Experience

  • Take direct ownership to ensure the team consistently, responsibly, and ethically sells DISH Network products and subscription services while ensuring our sales process is aligned with customer expectations and satisfaction.

Performance Management

  • Create and sustain a performance-driven culture by developing a competitive and enthusiastic environment.
  • Effectively communicate key performance indicators while motivating staff to meet or exceed goals.
  • Fully understand and embrace that within our highly competitive industry, results and performance are ‘must haves’ in meeting all Company subscriber acquisition goals.

Financial Management

  • Oversee direct P&L responsibilities and budgets, while maintaining a strong focus on operational efficiencies and cost controls.

  • 5+ years experience in telesales within a call center environment required.
  • Minimum of 3 years people management experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university required.
