Sales Recruiter - Savannah (Sports Marketing/Sales)Responsibilities include generating individual memberships, teams and corporate wellness contracts, as well as local marketing. Recruiting Coordinators act as the liaisons for company, educating the public about our mission and how we can benefit them through training programs and therapy services. Also acts as the liaison for company, cultivating and maintaining relationships with clients, parents, schools, club sports and community leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all sales and marketing outlets of the facility
- Community outreach (visiting local events, games, chamber, etc)
- Execution of local marketing plan including:
*Relationship building with clients, parents, community leaders, area coaches, athletic programs
and local physicians
*Recruiting all perspective athletes and teams with help of Facility Coordinator and Operations
Manager
* Referral and lead generation
- Assist in client satisfaction and retention
- Assist in promoting an atmosphere which provides development of each individual athlete
- Assist in general health of the company by providing "over-the-top" customer service
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, communications or related field
Qualifications and Experience:
- Athletic background preferred
- Previous sales experience
- Sales mentality; aggressive, persistent, low pressure
- General experience in gym or training facility
- Familiarity with training athletes, their environment and needs
- Computer literate, knowledge of word processing (MS Word), spreadsheet (MS Excel) and MS PowerPoint
- Comfortable using email (MS Outlook) and interacting with Internet applications
- Experience communicating with customers, employees and coaches
